Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Payment Method

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) only

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of delivery

  • Customers are required to pay the exact order amount to the delivery courier

Order Confirmation

  • All COD orders may require order confirmation via phone call, WhatsApp, or email before dispatch

  • Belmoris reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed orders

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times within the UAE:

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout

  • Any applicable COD charges will be included in the total payable amount

Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries

  • Our courier partners will make up to two delivery attempts

  • If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept the order, the order may be cancelled

  • Belmoris reserves the right to restrict future COD orders from customers with repeated failed deliveries

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Belmoris is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address details.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos or videos for verification

  • We will assist according to our Return & Refund Policy

Order Refusal

Refusal to accept a COD order at the time of delivery without valid reason may result in:

  • Cancellation of the order

  • Restriction from placing future orders with Belmoris

Force Majeure

Belmoris shall not be liable for delivery delays caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or courier disruptions.
